Self-funded
For businesses who wish to fund own their own solar plant, and pay for the upfront costs including installation, then the self-funded or CAPEX model may be the most suitable option. We work with our reputable delivery partner Aniron to deliver a solution that utilises our combined experience and expertise to find the right system at the right price, for your business. We will design and deliver a bespoke solar solution to suit your business needs.
Asset Finance
Asset finance is an ideal solution for businesses that wish to avoid a hefty upfront investment and prefer to spread the cost of paying for their commercial solar installation. A finance company will pay for the full cost of the system, with the business paying a set amount each month until the installation is paid off. Traditional asset finance options are usually spread over 60 – 120 months but can be tailored to individual business requirements. Our dedicated team will work with the business to ensure that we find the right finance terms depending on your project, with the aim of making the system cash positive from year 1. We aim to ensure the loan repayments are less than what you save per annum from your electricity bill, creating a win-win situation.
Leasehold businesses and Landlords
If your business is a leaseholder, subject to your Landlords consent, we can install a solar system on the building to support your organisation. As the solar system positively impacts the building’s EPC rating, many Landlords are supportive of this to help fulfil increasing Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) imposed by the government.

Power Purchase Agreement
For business who prefer not to have any upfront costs, we can fund, build and operate a dedicated solar energy plant so it is delivering green power directly to your organisation in as little as 6 months. Your business enters into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) which details the commercial terms of the sale of the power. Typically, the PPA runs between 15-25 years offering a secure and cost-effective energy supply. At the end of the PPA your business will keep the solar plant free of charge.
